Hotel confirmation is subject to availability. In case there are no rooms available in the chosen accommodation, another option under the similar category will be offered.
The prices for any program or service are in American dollars and are subject to change without previous notice (high season, weekends, national holidays or any other special holiday).
Fares apply for children ages 4 through 9. Child fare is only valid when the child is accommodated in his/her parents’ room, otherwise it will be considered as the regular adult fare.
Infants ages 0 through 3 travel free, taking into account that all expenses that infants incur during the trip will be entirely covered by their parents or adult travel companions.
Any booking request will have to be sent by email or fax and will indicate: Passengers full name, passport number, arrival and departure dates as well as international flights information, chosen hotels and type of accommodation. In case of groups, send the rooming list, flight ticket numbers and airline reservation codes.
Once we receive the booking request with the indicated information, Inkandina Travel & Tours will have 3 labor days to inform the state of the reservations (confirmed / waiting list / cancelled).
All cancellations must be notified by email or fax. Cancellations made with less than a month before the arrival will apply the following charges:

Air tickets have a different cancelation policy that will be subject to the airline’s availability.
A pre-payment of 100% for the air tickets and 20% for the price of the program must be done at the moment of receiving the confirmation of the services. The 80% pending will have to be paid in cash at your arrival. The payment will be done by bank transfer to the bank account that will be delivered to your e-mail address, along with the confirmation of the service.
INKANDINA TRAVEL does not accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules. The agency can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged luggage or any item that belongs to the passenger; and assumes no liability for sickness, personal problems, health problems, natural or climatological phenomena, strikes, highways or road conditions, water level of the rivers, transportation delays, social conflicts, wars, accidents, acts of nature, unforeseen events, among others. These losses or expenses will be covered by the passenger.
The prices of the tour packages are quoted based on preparations at the indicated trip dates. Many of the activities included in the tours might be inappropriate for people who suffer severe health problems or physical disability. It is the responsibility of the passenger to judge if these activities are appropriate or not for his/her physical capacity.
Trip members assume the responsibility and are solely responsible for selecting/designing a trip suitable to their skills or trip preferences; we will be delighted to work on your ideal trip program. Members are responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake their trip. Members are also responsible for studying all pre departure information (itinerary), bringing all detailed equipment, clothing and personal documents needed for their coming up trip.
