During this gastronomic adventure, we will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience of flavors and colors that will open your senses and give you a more complete appreciation of the Peruvian gastronomy and culture. Enjoy 8 days of splendid holiday tasting the flavors of Peru.
Discover the wonderful landscapes of Peru, from the coast in Lima, City of Kings and beautiful streets where we will appreciate the contrast between past and present, its still beautiful and imposing colonial balconies, old houses and Catholic churches. We show the religious and historical art that have written the history of this wonderful city. Until the mystical heights of the Imperial city of Cusco where we will appreciate its colonial buildings Incas in a wonderful fusion. We will finish this adventure visiting the heart of the empire of the Incas "Machu Picchu", now known as one of the 7 Wonders of the world. Machu Picchu, located at 2360 masl, with its extraordinary construction fill us with mysticism and history.
Day 01 ARRIVAL - LIMA
Reception and welcome at the "Jorge Chávez" International Airport, transfer to hotel. Free day for personal activities. Overnight in Lima.
Day 02 CITY TOUR COLONIAL & MODERN AND COOKING CLASSES
We begin our tour discovering the secrets of Peruvian cuisine.
Our culinary adventure begins in a typical "Peruvian market" in this space we will appreciate a variety of Peruvian products and enjoy unique fruits like cherimoya, lucuma, aguaymanto and pacae.
Also visit the exclusive restaurant "La Rosa Nautica", where you will learn to prepare the famous "Pisco Sour" by an expert barman and delicious "Ceviche" prepared by chef of the restaurant. Then you will taste a delicious lunch featuring the most representative dishes of Peruvian cuisine.
After lunch, we will have the best excursion to know Lima and its history.
Our tour Lima presents in its 3 historical periods: Hispanic, Colonial and Modern Pre-. We present a panoramic view of "La Huaca Pucllana", visited the impressive Historical Center of Lima: Its palaces, mansions, churches and squares ending with a visit to the residential and business district of San Isidro and an unforgettable view of the Pacific Ocean in the district Miraflores.

Day 03 LIMA - CUSCO: CITY TOUR + 04 RUINS
Departure to the airport to board your flight to the Imperial city of Cusco. Transfer to hotel. Morning free for acclimatization.
In the afternoon city tour and visit the surrounding ruins, including the main square, the Cathedral, Koricancha which was a military and religious center of the Inca Empire, and was dedicated to its principal god, the sun, Tambomachay (Inca baths ), Puca Pucara (military control center), Kenko amphitheater (evidence of mystic character from that time) and the fortress of Sacsayhuaman. Transfer to hotel.Overnight.

Day 04 CUSCO: COOKING CLASSES
Morning at leisure. In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience of flavors and colors that will open your senses and give you a more complete appreciation of the Peruvian gastronomy and culture.
The class will begin with a visit to the Andean cuisine and Chichería, where you will learn about the preparation of Chicha, a tradition that dates back to Inca times.
In our local market, you will know about the local products that Peru has to offer. You will learn about some varieties of corn and potatoes, their uses, and the stories behind their names. You will have the opportunity to taste the exotic fruits that can only be found in Peru, with delicious flavors and many health benefits, such as lucuma, cherimoya, Granadilla, Pacay, Cucumber, Aguay mantle, and others, depending on the season.
As an introduction to our cooking class, you will learn to make the national drink of Peru, the famous Pisco Sour. Depending on your choice of menu for lunch or dinner, you will learn how to make a local Peruvian appetizer.
As part of the cooking class you will learn how to prepare one of the most representative and delicious main c Peruvians dishes.
To put the icing on the cake, the last step of the class will be tasting a typical Peruvian dessert. Finally, it's time for you to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

Day 05 SACRED VALLEY - DEPARTURE TO HOT WATER
We will begin the trip to the Sacred Valley, where we will have the opportunity to know the typical terraces of the Inca period and villages as Pisac and its colorful Indian market, Calca, Yucay, Urubamba. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit Ollantaytambo an enormous Inca complex of administrative, agricultural and religious functions. Here you can see great rock walls, temples and palaces. At the end transfer to Ollantaytambo station to board train to Machu Picchu Pueblo, the trip takes about 2 hours approximately. Arrival & assistance hotel. Overnight in the village of Machu Picchu.

Day 06 LOST CITY OF THE INCAS - MACHU PICCHU
From very early (05: 00 hrs) you can go up to Machu Picchu to enjoy the beautiful sunrise or if you wish and have enough physical resistance you can ascend to Huaynapicchu "Young Mountain" from where you have a spectacular view of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. At 11: 00 hrs will find the guide to have a guided tour of Machu Picchu, this citadel remained for centuries unknown until for accident in 1911 was discovered by Hirman Bingham.This Inka Center is one of the greatest wonders of the world. The guided tour of the archaeological site of Machu Picchu includes the step by urban areas that lodge the mayors architectural elements of the Inca city and its main enclosures the Temple of the Sun, the Intiwatana, group of the sacred stone, the temple of the three windows , mausoleum, etc. Buffet Lunch at Sanctuary Lodge (the only hotel in the citadel) to have option of returning and enjoy the citadel of Machu Picchu until the afternoon to take the bus back to town to board the train back to Cusco. Reception & transfer to hotel. Overnight.

Day 07 CUSCO - LIMA
In time transfer to airport for flight to Lima. Reception and transfer to hotel. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Lima.
