Paucartambo is home to the Virgin and colorful festival of the Virgen del Carmen, which is held every July16th. The feast of the Virgen del Carmen is celebrated for three days, and is one of the largest street festivals in Peru, which attracts tens of thousands of passengers, almost all Peruvians each year.Paucartambo is nowadays an example of the former colonial Peru of Andean roots. Its characterized by cobblestone streets, narrow and surrounded by charming houses with blue balconies.
Day 01 CUSCO - PAUCARTAMBO
Early morning transfer by private transportation Cusco - Paucartambo (folkloric capital of Cusco) visiting the areas of Urcos ,Urcos Lagoon and Chullpas Ninanmarka. Arrival to Paucartambo. This day starts with the ringing of bells and pop rocket, interpretation of targets by the bands, then the "Wax Apakuy" service or transfer of candles to the temple. Lunch - typical and international food. At night the "fire" a representation of purgatory is staged and continue with the big party and serenade to the Virgen del Carmen. Night in basic accommodation.

Day 02 PAUCARTAMBO - TRES CRUCES DE ORO
After breakfast attended the Central Mass follows the different troupes parade by streets and plazas. Lunch. In the afternoon procession of the Virgen del Carmen. Afternoon free to enjoy and explore the place. Dinner. Transfer on direction to the Three Crosses of Gold. Camp.

Day 03 PAUCARTAMBO- CUSCO
At 05: 30 am awaiting the fabulous sunrise, unique natural phenomenon in the area, place of access to the Manu National Park. Breakfast. Return to Paucartambo. This day we attended, with our guide to the Mass of blessing. In the afternoon the second procession is done touring the stretch of Carlos III bridge, in this place the Virgin gives her blessing to the “four suyos”. After the procession continues the spectacular guerrilla between the troupe of "Qollas" of the Andes and the "Antis" of the jungle, then participate in a "Qhaswa" or general party. Return to Cusco.
