Tour package designed for those who want to explore the world's largest salt flat, Uyuni. Beginning in the highest capital city in the world, La Paz, we get into the Salar de Uyuni, one of the most stunning beautiful places in Bolivia. The salar is an otherworldly vista of endless white salt flats stretching far into the distant horizon. The Salar de Uyuni is beauty, magic, adventure and more, is a place that invites you to come into contact with the wildest nature, ideal for those who like photography and adventure travel.
DAY 01. TOURISTIC BUS LA PAZ - UYUNI
DAY 02. UYUNI – SALT FLATS – ISLAND OF THE FISH - TAHUA
DAY 03. TAHUA - LAGOONS – SILOLI DESERT.
DAY 04. RED LAGOON – GREEN LAGOON – UYUNI – LA PAZ
DAY 05. ARRIVAL TO THE CITY OF LA PAZ
ITINERARY
Day 01 TOURISTIC BUS LA PAZ - UYUNI
At 20:00. pm. Pick up from Hotels, hostels from the city of La Paz and transfer to the bus station to board bus to Uyuni.
Departure at 21.00 pm, tourist bus in shared service La Paz-Uyuni (11 hrs trip approx.)
Includes: transfer out + bus tickets La Paz- Uyuni.
Day 02 UYUNI – SALT FLATS – ISLAND OF THE FISH - TAHUA
At 07:00 am.Arrival to Uyuno and transfer to our office, free time till the tour starts.
10:30 a.m.. Departure to our tour to the biggest salt desert in vehicle (Land Cruiser - 4x4) On the way visit the following attractions.
Cemetery of trains there can be observed very old trains and locomotives in 1899, most trains ran wagons loaded with minerals but this tough little time, these trains were part of an industrial past, today now transformed into a tourist destination.
The population of Colchani Located on the shores of the Great Salt Lake, is the largest salt desert, where we observe the activity of extracting salt craft income. The residents taught us the process of drying, grinding and bagging ready for consumption.
Sal.- Hotel Located in the heart of Salt Lake, built with blocks of salt, both externally and internally and their walls, floors, beds, tables and chairs, all made of salt.
Incahuasi Island (Fish Island) .- Located in the middle of the desert salt Incahuasi island known as "La Isla del Pescado" populated by numerous giant cacti above 10 meters height from the top you can see the wonderful landscape of the Salar, subsequent to our visit to the island we will have lunch and in the afternoon continue to the Population Tahoua where we stay in hotel.
SALT HOTEL: Rooms with private bathroom and hot water.
Includes: Private Jeep, lunch, dinner, entrance to the Salar + Hotel.
NOTE: There is no guide on the expedition, only the driver will give the necessary information in Spanish, as most of it is looking at landscapes and these are pretty self explanatory.
Day 03 TAHUA - LAGOONS – SILOLI DESERT
After breakfast we continue our adventure in the desert Siloli ,on the way we will observe Ollague active volcano, The lagoons of Cañapa ,Hedionda, Honda and Chiarcota . these lagoons are populated by flamingos. At noon we stop along the way to have lunch and in the afternoon we continue our journey to the desert Siloli where we spend the night.
DESERT HOTEL: Rooms with private bathroom and hot water.

Day 04 RED LAGOON – GREEN LAGOON – UYUNI – LA PAZ
This day will leave early, the tour will visit La Laguna Colorada “RED LAGOON” located in the National Park Fauna Andina Eduardo Abaroa, Geysers - fumaroles (volcanic area), better known as "Morning Sun" then continue to the hot springs - Polques, and green Lagoon "located at the foot of Lincancabur volcano at an altitude of 4,350 meters, the green color is due to the high content of magnesium that have the geological formations of the area. After our visit we return to Uyuni and on the way we will stop to have lunch and continue our journey, arriving in Uyuni around 7:00 p.m..
This night at 8:00 p.m. hours. Return by bus Uyuni-La Paz.

Day 05 ARRIVAL TO THE CITY OF LA PAZ
At 07:00 AM. Arrival to bus station.
