Ecuador Complete
Quito, Banos, Riobamba, Cuenca, Guayaquil, Ecuador
08 Days, 07 Nights

OVERVIEW

Start the tour by the historic center of Quito that has one of the largest, least-altered and best-preserved historic centers in the Americas, and is indoubtley one of the cities main tourist attractions.

Continue to Baños (de Agua Santa) ,a small city in the Andean highlands of Ecuador under the smoke of volcano Tungurahua. Its name, which is Spanish for "Baths (of sacred water)," comes from the famous hydrothermal springs in the area. It's equally popular with foreigners as with Ecuadorians, and is known as the adventure capital of Ecuador. Although it seems a bit touristy and artificial, lots of people love it, and it's definitely worth a visit. It's an important hub for outdoor sports and jungle tours. Next stop is Riobamba , this town sits in a valley surrounded by several large hills and snowcapped mountains. It's perhaps best known as the starting point of the train ride to Nariz del Diablo. Continue to Cuenca, the country's third-largest city and the capital of the Azuay province. Cafes and galleries are tucked among the narrow cobblestone streets. The main plaza hosts both the old cathedral, started in 1557, the year the city was founded, and the blue-domed Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, dating to 1885. Finish your vacations in Guayaquil.  Ecuador’s biggest city and the “Pearl of the Pacific”, is the nation's main sea port.
